RewardPe provides online grocery shopping with scheduled delivery in serviceable areas of Pune and access to participating restaurant and merchant offers through its app. Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery details and be legally capable of placing an order.

Prices are in Indian rupees. Applicable fees, delivery charges and the total payable are displayed before payment. Availability and delivery slots are subject to confirmation. An unsuccessful or pending payment does not confirm a paid order. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, the affected amount will be refunded under the policy below.

Coupons are promotional discounts, not cash or bank deposits. Eligibility, validity and redemption conditions shown for the specific offer apply. Merchant services and offers are subject to the terms presented before purchase. Nothing in these terms limits rights available under applicable law.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

To request cancellation, email developer@rewardpe.in with your order ID. Orders may be cancelled before preparation, packing or dispatch begins. Once preparation or dispatch has begun, cancellation may not be possible, particularly for perishable items or prepared food.

For missing, wrong, damaged or spoiled items, contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of delivery, with the order ID and photos where available. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. The reporting guideline does not remove any applicable statutory rights. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for perishable goods or consumed items.

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time. If money is debited but no order is confirmed, contact us with the transaction reference so we can verify the payment and arrange reconciliation or refund. Do not share your PIN, OTP or full card details.

For merchant offers, unused purchases may be reviewed for cancellation subject to the conditions shown at purchase. Redeemed benefits cannot ordinarily be cancelled, except where required by law or where the promised service was not provided.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Physical grocery orders are delivered to supported addresses in Pune. Serviceability and available delivery slots are shown during ordering. We do not offer international shipping. Delivery charges and the selected slot are displayed before confirmation.

Delivery is scheduled for the slot confirmed with your order. Traffic, weather, stock shortages or other operational issues may cause delays. Contact support if delivery is delayed or an item is missing. Ensure that the address and phone number are correct and someone is available to receive the order. If delivery cannot be completed, support will discuss the available next steps and any applicable charges before arranging another delivery.

Digital coupons and eligible merchant benefits are provided in the app after payment verification and do not require physical shipping.

Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide to use RewardPe, such as your name, phone number, email, delivery address, order details and payment references. We also process technical information needed to operate and protect the service. Location information is used for serviceability and delivery when you provide it or grant permission. If you choose to save an address on this device, it is stored locally for future use.

We use this information to manage accounts, process orders, coordinate delivery, provide eligible rewards, answer support requests and prevent misuse. Necessary information is shared with participating merchants, delivery personnel, hosting providers and payment processors to fulfil these purposes. Payment credentials are handled by payment providers; never send sensitive payment credentials to our support email.

We retain information as needed for service delivery, dispute resolution and applicable record-keeping obligations. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to required retention. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Policy updates will be published on this page.
